Website and programming

I tried to tidy up my website, http://www.yongcs.com/ and made a mess of it. Had been working on it for about a week now. Well, some improvements, in my opinion, but the Homepage is still 'work-in-progress'. A huge black box staring at you where it was the slideshow - and I have problems removing it.
